Training Start 2026: Young Talents Begin Their Future at the fischer group

With the start of the 2026 training year, we are delighted to welcome a total of 19 new apprentices and dual-study students to the fischer group. By doing so, the company continues its long-standing commitment to nurturing young talent and investing in the skilled professionals of tomorrow.

The training and development of young talent is a core element of the company's philosophy. Through hands-on training, individualized support, and a wide range of development opportunities, young people are given the chance to expand their professional skills and gain valuable experience for their future careers.

The new apprentices and students will begin their training or studies in the following fields:

  • Industrial Mechanic
  • Machine and Plant Operator
  • Warehouse Logistics Assistant
  • Electronics Technician
  • Dual Study Program (DHBW): Business Administration - Industrial Management, Business Administration - Supply Chain Management
     

To mark the beginning of their journey, the new colleagues were welcomed through a joint onboarding program. During the event, they gained their first insights into the company, met key contacts, and prepared for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead as they start their careers.

The fischer group wishes all apprentices and dual-study students a successful start, plenty of enjoyment in learning, and many exciting experiences along the way.
